Having suffered from a chronic injury since I was a teenager, I dove head first into holistic health, nutrition, and wellness, as a way to heal myself. Throughout my chronic injury I began pursuing a career in mental health, and realized the strong connection between food and mood.
Witnessing the lack of healthy options available, especially delicious and nutritious ones, I began experimenting in the kitchen to make treats I loved and that didn’t wreak havoc on my body, mind, and spirit.
When the pandemic hit, my interest in creating the perfect better-for-you treats became my obsession! And here we are today with the best better-for-you cookies on the planet.
